The author studies the initial-boundary-value problem for multidimensional scalar conservation laws in noncylindrical domains with Lipschitz boundary. The initial and boundary data are assumed to belong \(L^\infty\). The existence and uniqueness of a weak entropy solution are proved. For the smooth domain the \(L^1\)-contruction property is also established.
