The paper deals with a sequence of main physical processes along the meteorite body trajectory, namely, the mechanical destruction, ablation or braking depending on the determining parameters. A new hypothesis of the Tunguska meteorite falling in 1908 is proposed basing on prevailing of the mechanical destruction and evaporation in the lower atmosphere.
