The author extends several results in [\textit{G. Kangro}, Izv. Akad. Nauk Ehst. SSR, Fiz. Mat 5, 108-128 (1956), Izv. Akad. Nauk Ehst. SSR, Fiz. Mat. 18, 137-146 (1969; Zbl 0179.36001) and Uch. Zap. Tartu. Gos. Univ. 277, Trudy Mat. Mekh. 10, 136-154 (1971; Zbl 0316.40013)] on generalized methods of summability of sequences, to the case where the sequence consists of elements of a Banach space and the summability method is given by linear Banach space operators.
