From a 6-dimensional pseudo-Euclidean space with signature \((---+++)\) a novel matrix related to the S-matrix is constructed which corresponds to a space with zero Riemann tensor but nonzero torsion. The structure equations are solvable and correspond to a model where a one-dimensional time axis is rotating with a constant angular velocity. A comparison of field equations indicates a geometric origin of mass as being proportional to the square of this angular velocity.
