A point-Baer subplane of a projective plane is a subplane such that every point of the plane is incident with a line of the subplane. The authors study the structure of point-Baer subplanes of vector space nets defined by the parallel classes of the subplane, and they determine completely the structure of the collineation groups which fix these point-Baer subplanes.
