Based on fuzzy logic control, a navigation method is presented for the navigation of autonomous mobile vehicles (AMV) in unknown environments. Local and global environmental information is used to weight the obstacle avoidance and goal seeking behaviors. A final command action is obtained then by defuzzification. The method can be applied to unknown and dynamic environments. Some simulation results are given.
