Second order singular dynamical systems with periodic boundary conditions are investigated in this paper. By using the positiveness of the Green's function, a nonlinear alternative principle of Leray-Schauder and a fixed point theorem in cones, the existence and multiplicity of non-collision periodic solutions are obtained. And any kind of strong force condition is not needed for the general singularity in the article.
