The paper under review provides construction of new families of simple Gelfand-Tsetlin modules for the quantum enveloping algebra of the general linear Lie algebra. The constructed modules have arbitrary singularities and Gelfand-Tsetlin multiplicities bounded by 2. The construction is given by explicit formulae and proofs rely on brute force check. This makes the paper rather technical.
