The robust stabilization of nonlinear processes which could be operated in a continuous stirred tank reactor are under investigation. The proposed control law is a modification of a standard PI dynamic output feedback. It is shown that the output variable may be regulated at a prescribed set-point despite the existing kinetic uncertainties. Moreover, the controller achieves the global stabilization with positive and saturated control actions. If the reactor is minimum-phase, the closed-loop system has a single equilibrium which is globally asymptotically stable. If the reactor is non-minimum phase a global practical output regulation with state boundedness is obtained.
