This paper studies local and global null-controllability properties of linear periodic systems in Hilbert space. The results are first proved for discrete-time systems and then by looking at the time T-map for continuous systems. Complete characterizations are obtained, generalizing in particular Brammer's classical result on null-controllability with positive controls.
