The paper under review is the second part of the work on geometry of curves in the Lagrangian Grassmannian. The first part was published in [\textit{A. A. Agrachev} and \textit{I. Zelenko}, J. Dyn. Control Syst. 8, No. 1, 93--140 (2002; Zbl 1019.53038)]. This second part studies an important class of flat curves and gives estimates for the conjugate points. The estimates are presented in the form of comparison theorems.
