[For Part I and Part II, see the authors, ibid., 1041--1050 (2003; Zbl 1058.93013), and 1051--1062 (2003; Zbl 1058.93014) reviewed above.] The authors investigate the controllability of certain switched systems which are an important class of hybrid systems with multiple time-delay. Sufficient and necessary criteria for one-periodic controllability, multiple-periodic controllability of periodic-type systems and controllability of aperiodic-type systems are discussed. In addition, the authors prove that the controllability is independent of the size of time-delays for switched linear systems.
