The author considers the following problem: for a nonlinear multivariable system with output measurement and some observability conditions find a stabilizing dynamic output feedback. The author proves that a Lie algebraic condition is sufficient to ensure dynamic output feedback output stabilizability. The feedback law considered is a dynamic periodic time-varying feedback law.
