This paper establishes the foundations of a new theory -- relativistic absoluteness of time-space-moving mass -- that is based upon a new invariant of Lorentz transformation, namely on the minimal total moving mass. For a general isolated dynamical system \(S\) of material particles, the author discusses a new invariant quantity \(M(S)\) with its time-space reference system \(\Sigma(S)\), general relations based on \(\Sigma(S)\) (that offer a natural connection between relativity and quantum mechanics), and three types of ``classical'' controversies (the dispute among Ptolemy, Copernicus and Einstein-Infeld about the centre of the solar system; the dispute among Newton, Mach, Einstein and Tagherlini about the absolute space; the twin paradox) that are settled on the basis of \(\Sigma(S)\).
