The author states that ``the main purpose of the paper is to provide motivations for several questions'' concerning pseudoradial and related spaces. Pseudoradial topologies were first introduced by \textit{H. Herrlich}, who called them `folgenbestimmt' (and showed that they are precisely the topologies which arise as quotients of ordered spaces) [Fundam. Math. 61, 79-81 (1967; Zbl 0158.41103)]. Other authors have called them chain net spaces.
