[Part I is reviewed above.] This is the second of a two paper series considering systems which can switch between different linear finite-dimensional systems which are not necessarily of the same McMillan degree. The resulting behavior is smooth between switches and possibly impulsive at the switching times. These impulsive-smooth solutions were examined using an algebraic framework in the first paper. In this paper the relationship between two minimal representations of the same behavior is determined.
