A characteristic feature of convective atmospheric vortices is the powerful radial motion of the medium near their base. In order to take this motion into account in analytical and numerical modeling, it is necessary to use point or distributed vortex sinks (vortex sources) named helical vortices (from the shape of the streamlines of the flows produced) [\textit{L. M. Milne-Thompson}, Theoretical hydrodynamics, London: Mac Millan \& Co. Ltd. (1973; Zbl 0164.55801)]. The pair interaction of point helical vortices is considered, and integral conditions for this kind of motion are obtained.
