The concentration of vorticity and dynamics of vortices in the field of a helical vortex have been studied for a plane flow of incompressible inviscid fluid. The process of formation of concentrated vortices in the case of a sink and an axisymmetric vorticity field has been considered. Then dynamics of a system of vortices in the field of a helical vortex as well as dynamics of a system of free helical vortices have been determined. Other examples of dynamics of singularities in the inviscid fluid are also indicated.
