The author classifies aspherical compact homogeneous manifolds of dimension less than or equal to \(7\). The main results concern the case of dimension \(7\). Explicit results are given for dimensions \(1\), \(2\), \(3\), \(4\), and \(7\), with much of the exposition of results devoted to this last case. For dimensions \(5\) and \(6\) the reader is referred to other papers by the author.
