The paper contains some results on classification of those unitary matrices \(W\) for which the composition of natural inclusions of \(\mathbb{C}\) into \(W(1\otimes M_k(\mathbb{C}))W^*\) and further into \(M_n(\mathbb{C})\otimes M_k(\mathbb{C})\) coincides with the composition of inclusions \(\mathbb{C}\hookrightarrow M_n(\mathbb{C})\otimes 1\hookrightarrow M_n(\mathbb{C})\otimes M_k(\mathbb{C})\).
