The paper generalizes the authors' earlier results on the algebra of fermionic coordinates [Ann. Henri Poincaré 16, No. 1, 189--203 (2015; Zbl 1308.82009)]. The authors establish reflection positivity for Gibbs trace states for a class of gauge-invariant, reflection-invariant Hamiltonians describing parafermion interactions on a lattice.
