Let \(\mu(x)\) be the irrationality measure exponent of the number \(x\). The authors prove that \(\mu(\arctan \frac 15)<4.505787\) and \(\mu(\arctan \frac 13)<5.94202\). The proof are based on the clever calculation of a special integrals and make use some linear forms of these integrals.
