In this paper, the bifurcation of periodic orbits has been investigated for a class of high-dimensional piecewise smooth near integrable systems. This is not only an extension of Melnikov function's application in such systems, but also a generalization of the Hilbert's 16th problem in high-dimensional and non-smooth systems. Although the piecewise mode in the domain of definition is specific, i.e, the three regions separated by two switching manifolds, the work is meaningful both in theory and in practice.
