In this paper, the authors consider a semipositone Riemann-Liouville fractional differential equation with a perturbed term. By using the Guo-Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem, some intervals of \(\lambda\) for the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions are obtained. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the main results.
