On a nonclassical boundary value problem for a parabolic pseudodifferential equation (Q2371654)

The authors consider an elliptic boundary value problems for higher-order pseudodifferential operators in \(\Omega\subset\mathbb R^n\). The problem is non-classical, in the sense that the boundary conditions involve a vector field that can be tangent to the boundary \(\partial\Omega\), cf. \textit{Yu. V. Egorov} and \textit{V. A. Kondrat'ev} [Mat. Sb., N. Ser. 78(120), No. 1, 148--176 (1969; Zbl 0165.12202)]. By using the Laplace transform, the authors then give interesting applications for a related parabolic boundary value problem.
