The author proposes an algorithm that realizes a method of matrix linearization of the solution of a system of polynomial nonlinear equations defined over a noncommutative matrix ring. The initial polynomial nonlinear problem is reduced to a linear one w.r.t. matrices of solutions. Then the method of elimination of unknowns is used to obtain a generalized eigenvalue problem.
