The paper presents a generalization of Titchmarsh's \(Q\)-integral and its basic properties. Theorem 6 (resp. Theorem 7) provide integrability criteria on sets of finite measure for generalized \(Q\)-integrals, resp. \(Q\)-integrals. The relation between the \(Q\)-integral and the generalized \(Q\) integral is also studied.
