The author introduces a notion of twisted graded Hecke algebras which generalizes the construction of graded Hecke algebras as well as symplectic reflection algebras. The new feature in this notion is to include a twisting two-cocycle for the associated finite group. The author proves that the twisted graded Hecke algebras are actually particular types of deformations of a crossed product.
