The author considers the regular reflection of a shock by a wedge with large angle. The shock moves towards the wedge by a constant speed and reaches it by time \(t=0\). The gas ahead of the shock is at rest. By means of the special partial hodograph transformation, linearization, elliptic regularization techniques, a priori estimates, and the compactness argument the author shows that the solution to the linearized problem is smooth inside the domain and Lipschitz up to the degenerative boundary.
