A sufficient condition for Morgan's problem (English)

The author presents a new algorithm for the structural decomposition of a right-invertible linear system. The problem is known as Morgan's problem. The algorithm is based on a combination of a number of existing techniques. Based on this algorithm, a sufficient condition for Morgan's problem is derived. A necessary and sufficient condition is also established for a certain class of systems.
