The author presents the project of publishing the complete works of Euler. He mentions the earlier attempts of N. Fuss, P.-H. Fuss and G. C. Jacobi to edit the works of Euler at the end of XVIIIth and the middle of XIXth century. The main part of the paper is devoted to the edition of the complete works of Euler started in 1910 by Ferdinand Rudio.
