Stokes flow of viscous incompressible fluid in the exterior domain of a thin rectangular plate is considered. On the basis of the hydrodynamic potentials theory, the corresponding boundary value problem is reduced to a system of two-dimensional Fredholm equations of the first kind on the plate surface. In numerical solution of the system, expansions of unknown functions into orthogonal systems of trigonometric functions was used. Numerical analysis confirmed sufficient efficiency of the suggested approach. Analysis of streamlines is performed for different dimensions of the plate and characteristics of the velocity field.
