The authors address the bilinear system NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \dot x = \bigg(A(t) + \sum\limits_{i=1}^r B_i(t)u_i\bigg)x+F(t),\tag{1} NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(\,x\in R^n\), \(\,u\in R^r\), \(A(t)\) and \(B(t)\) are \(n\times n\)-matrices with continuous and bounded elements, \(\,F(t)\in C(R,R)\). Conditions are found under which the control \(\,u=u(t,x)\,\) realizes program motions of system (1) and, moreover, each of the motions is asymptotically stable by Lyapunov.
