Convergence of compositions of self-mappings (English)

Let \(\{f_n\}_{n=1}^\infty\) be a sequence of analytic self-mappings of a set \(V\subset{\mathbb C}\), i.e., \(f_n(V)\subseteq V\). Under what condition is the sequence of compositions \(F_h:=f_1\circ f_2\circ\dots\circ f_n\) convergent to a constant function in \(V\)? The paper contains a review of corresponding results from different areas of mathematics.
