The paper dwells on the description of processes of electromagnetic waves interaction with non-perfectly conducting gratings. The consideration involves boundary-value problems for the Helmholtz equation with third kind boundary conditions. The original problem of \(H\)-polarized wave scattering on the reflecting structure is reduced to a system of boundary integral equations. The integral equations are derived based on the method of parametric representations of integral operators.
