A model of the geometrically and physically nonlinear deformation of anisotropic elastic media of a cubic system based on the concept of the elastic potential with quadratic and cubic terms in the deformations is considered. Analytic representations of second-harmonic monochromatic elastic Stoneley waves based on the decomposition of the wave functions of the displacement of a small parameter in the form of the acoustic Mach number for a waveguide are constructed in the form of different types of single-crystal cubic spaces with ideal contact. The amplitude-frequency characteristics of the wave motion in the second harmonics are analyzed by numerical and analytical study of the nonlinear wave effects. Calculations are performed for a waveguide formed by contacting half-spaces of perfect metal crystals. This approach was previously used in works on the analysis of nonlinear anharmonic perturbations of Love waves, as well as shear waves, which are localized in the crystal layer between the crystalline half-spaces.
