An analytic model of the potential barrier near a vertex of an ultrathin blade autoemitter is proposed. On the base of the model, a numerical modeling of the electron tunnel transfer from the cathode vertex is realised. It is noted that the proposed model gives a sufficiently more adequate description of the barrier in comparison with standard approaches and it can be used for numerical modeling of the field emission from nano-dimensional autocatodes.
