The purpose of this paper is to study age-cycle structured cell models. First, the local stability of the solutions of a system of differential and integral equations for a cell population (1) is investigated. Then, several theorems for certain semigroups and Banach spaces, well-posedness, regularity are proved. The main result is to formulate sufficient conditions for the stability and asynchronous exponential growth of the system (1). The proof is made by semigroup technique and the Hille-Yosida operator.
