This paper is a continuation of the author's [Nucl. Phys., B 855, No. 1, 100--127 (2012; Zbl 1229.81209)] to confirm a conjecture of F. D. M. Haldane, the authors presents a class of spin chains which long-wavelength excitations around antiferromagnetic vacua are related to relativistic two-dimensional \(\sigma\)-models. Such spin chains and associated \(\sigma\)-models are constructed using sympletic geometry.
