A nonlinear boundary value problem for a differential inclusion in a finite-dimensional space under set-valued functional boundary conditions is considered. The author proves that the solvability of a system with open feedback implies the existence of at least one solution to the original problem with feedback. The main result is applied to the case in which multivaluedness is described by systems of inequalities.
