In this paper, the authors study invariant subspaces of the Hardy space over the bidisk based on inner sequences. Their aim is to find the operators \(T\) on a Hilbert space \(H\) for which Beurling type theorems hold.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEFor Parts I and II, see [Arch.
