Summary: We study mixed foliated CR-light-like submanifolds and CR-light-like products of an indefinite Kähler manifold and obtain a relationship between them. Mixed foliated CR-light-like submanifolds of indefinite complex space form are also discussed and it is shown that the indefinite Kähler manifold becomes the complex semi-Euclidean space.
