Summary: We prove that there does not exist a warped product CR-light-like submanifold in the form \(M = N_{\perp} \times _{\lambda}N_T\) other than CR-light-like product in an indefinite Kähler manifold. We also obtain some characterizations for a CR-light-like submanifold to be locally a CR-light-like warped product.
