The author considers a parametric differential equation of a rectilinear motion of a mass point with impacts against a stopper. A bifurcation for this differential equation is detected. At this bifurcation a Smale horseshoe is generated. As a result the author proves the existence of an invariant set described by symbolic dynamics. For Part I, see [Differ.
