Suppose a domain can be perforated in a neighborhood of its boundary. The authors study the asymptotic behaviour of solutions of the boundary value problem for Poisson equations in such domains with rapid oscillating nonperiodic boundary. It is proved that the asymptotic behaviour depends on the harmonic capacity of the deleted sets.
