In the paper, the author studies the so-called Nadirashvili-Vladuts transform. Firstly he connects the kernel of the transform with the solution to the Euler equation. Secondly he proves that the so-called Nadirashvili-Vladuts potential satisfies some 4th-order PDE. He also describes the solutions to the equations.
