A characterization of fuzzy neighborhood commutative division ring is presented in this paper and some properties of fuzzy neighborhood commutative division rings are studied. The authors propose here an alternative formulation of boundedness introduced in fuzzy neighborhood rings. Finally the concept of \(\beta\)-restricted fuzzy sets is introduced and investigated, which is an analogue of a restricted set in topological commutative division rings.
