Thermodynamics of superfluids via relativity (Q798188)

This paper deals with relativistic thermostatics of superfluids like He II. The theory leads itself to a natural interpretation along the lines of the Landau-two-fluid model, but with a new feature: The temperatures of the normal and super-fluid components, \(T_ n\) and \(T_ s\) satisfy \(T_ n=(1/\sqrt{1-v^ 2/c^ 2})\cdot T_ s.\) The author claims that the origin of this relation will be clearer at a microscopic level. Only the phenomenological theory is developed in the present paper.
