The paper refers to the geometric control/systems theory, but is very far from a real world. Pure Linear Algebra with a difficulty to find any sort of application. Rather, simply operator-matrix theory referred to invariant subspaces and their stability. However, very interesting study of this topic. Complete lack of the references to the systems theory, which could be quite interesting.
