Common fixed point theorems in \(\mathcal L\)-fuzzy metric spaces (Q861184)

In a fuzzy metric space the authors introduce the concept of compatible mappings of type (P), which is equivalent, under suitable conditions, to the concept of compatible mappings and compatible mappings of type (A). They prove a coincidence theorem and a common fixed point theorem for two pairs of compatible mappings of type (P). Related results can be found, for instance, in the papers of \textit{J. X.
